EU launches new project for Moldovan companies on developing their export capacities to European market

Moldovan companies have until 14 December to apply for a new EU funding package. The package will support 75 companies from the country to help them understand more about how they can benefit from tariff-free imports and gain greater access to the EU marketplace.

The package will be delivered through the technical assistance project ‘Support to the Quality Infrastructure Framework within a DCFTA (Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area) Context in the Republic of Moldova’. The project is funded by the EU under the EU4Business initiative and implemented in cooperation with the country’s Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

The support will be offered to companies that are already exporting to the EU but want to learn more about how they can build on their success through a better understanding of the regulations. Companies who are thinking about exporting but may not know how to make a start, or think that regulations may be too complicated for them to overcome, are also welcome to apply.
