StrategEast is thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Georgian American University (GAU), marking a significant milestone in advancing tech education in Georgia. The MoU was signed by Lika Merabishvili, Regional Director for the Caucasus at StrategEast, and Dr. R. Michael Cowgill, President of Georgian American University.
This partnership aims to equip students with practical, in-demand digital skills that align with global technology standards. Through the agreement, GAU officially joins the international network of educational institutions collaborating with StrategEast on the development of the Apple Authorized Training Center for Education (AATCE) and Oracle education initiatives.
As part of this collaboration, GAU faculty have already completed training in App Development with Swift. This enables the university to offer certified, industry-relevant programs in iOS and Swift development, further enhancing opportunities for students in the digital economy.
