Over the past year, StrategEast’s Digital LevelUP program has delivered measurable results, strengthening Azerbaijan’s capacity to develop job-ready digital talent aligned with global industry standards. Implemented in partnership with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) of Azerbaijan and delivered in collaboration with Oracle University and Sigma Software University, the program equipped more than 500 participants with practical IT skills and internationally recognized Oracle certifications in high-demand technology fields.
Delivered through three intensive cohorts over one year, each lasting four months, the program combined self-paced Oracle coursework, weekly mentor-led sessions, applied project work, structured certification preparation, and continuous progress evaluation. This hybrid model ensured both technical depth and real-world applicability, addressing the persistent gap between academic training and industry needs.
The initiative attracted more than 2,500 applications nationwide, trained over 500 participants across five high-demand specialization tracks, produced more than 200 graduates, and enabled participants to earn over 300 internationally recognized Oracle certifications. These outcomes underscore the demand for structured, industry-aligned digital skills programs and reinforce StrategEast’s commitment to building sustainable digital talent pipelines that support Azerbaijan’s long-term digital transformation.
