Speakers:
Mihai Dascăl, HealthTech & AI founder and practitioner, serving as CTO at CorLab Tech, President at We4Health, and CEO at BabyMedy. He is also a lecturer in Pathophysiology at USMF and a researcher in USMF’s Bioinformatics Laboratory, bridging computational methods with real clinical needs. With a strong, interdisciplinary IT + Medicine background, his work focuses on auditable, evidence-based products that improve medication safety and clinical workflows. His mission is to promote and scale innovation by supporting startups and building products that bring AI into clinical practice responsibly, with measurable outcomes.
Shamil Ibragimov, Scholar in Residence at the MIT Kuo Sharper Center for Prosperity and Entrepreneurship, where he leads initiatives to expand the Center’s presence in Central Asia and the Caucasus. He brings over 20 years of experience in international development, systems change, public policy, social innovation, and education. He is the co-founder of the Ilim Educational Complex, the oldest private school in Kyrgyzstan, and the founder of Portal GameDev College, a pioneering institution shaping the video game and interactive media development ecosystem in Central Asia. He also co-founded the region’s first venture fund focused on video game development and porting, catalyzing a new wave of creative entrepreneurship across the region.
Pavlo Pikulin, Founder and CEO of Deus Robotics, a company that streamline supply chain operations with Agentic AI-powered robots. By leveraging deep industry experience in software development and AI technology, Pavlo has been instrumental in shaping Deus Robotics’ mission to automate warehouses processes in EEMEA region, he played an important role in the development of AI in Ukraine; as an Expert on the committee for development of Artificial Intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Anatoly Motkin, a successful technology investor with years of experience in public consulting and media entrepreneurship in US, EU and the Eurasian region. He began his career as a media manager and later moved to strategic consulting. Mr. Motkin has served as an advisor and investor to both the public and private sectors, by successfully backing a number of IT projects. Mr. Motkin’s extensive background has led him to deepen his focus on the development of knowledge driven economy and IT industry in Eurasian region. In 2017 Mr. Motkin has founded StrategEast Center for a New Economy. Working as an adviser to governments in Eurasia and the West, international financial institutions and development agencies, Mr. Motkin has consistently shown his dedication to improving business practices and government transparency.
