On May 13 at the invitation of KOICA, Regional Director for Central Asia, Aisuluu Kozhomkulova, spoke at a knowledge-sharing seminar in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, organized for women working in government agencies, including deputy ministers and former deputy ministers from various ministries of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Aisuluu presented StrategEast’s activities aimed at strengthening digital policy and innovation ecosystems in Central Asia, and highlighted opportunities for women in tech and IT education. She also shared insights into regional trends in digital governance and briefly introduced our collaboration with Oracle in advancing digital skills through higher education institutions.
The seminar was hosted by KOICA, whose mission in Kyrgyzstan is to enhance government capacity and strengthen cooperation with public institutions. The participants were alumni of KOICA’s international training programs.
