The delegation engaged in a series of meetings with key U.S. government stakeholders, including the Office of Senator Joni Ernst, the Office of Representative David Scott, and the Office of Congressman Marc Veasey. The delegation also discussed the importance of secure supply chains, reducing reliance on Chinese components and supporting the transition of Ukrainian technologies toward compliant component ecosystems aligned with U.S. market requirements. During the meeting with representatives of the U.S. Department of State, similar issues were discussed, including opportunities for Ukrainian companies to participate more actively in programs implemented by U.S. government agencies in the defense and security sectors.

Additional engagements included participation in the U-Nation Conference, bringing together leaders across technology and innovation ecosystems. The delegation also joined a closed-door strategic roundtable hosted by the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue and American Kestrel, focused on Trusted Tech, secure telecommunications infrastructure, resilient supply chains, and opportunities for long-term U.S.-Ukraine technology and defense partnerships.

The delegation, together with Stanislav Prybytko, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and representatives of Diia.City Union, also held an in-person meeting with the World Bank to discuss the role Ukrainian companies can play in developing digital infrastructure globally. The visit concluded with a meeting at the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States focused on partnership-building opportunities and expanding the international presence of Ukrainian technology solutions.

The U.S.-Ukraine Tech Partnership Initiative continues to expand opportunities for Ukrainian companies through strategic matchmaking, and access to global markets. By facilitating direct dialogue between policymakers and industry leaders, StrategEast is strengthening Ukraine’s role as a key contributor to transatlantic innovation and technological resilience.
