StrategEast and International Black Sea University (IBSU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking another important step in advancing technology education and digital skills development in Georgia.
Under the agreement, IBSU joins StrategEast’s growing network of university partners delivering global technology education initiatives. Through this collaboration, the university will participate in both the Apple Authorized Training Center for Education (AATCE) program and Oracle Academy, implemented in partnership with StrategEast. Students and faculty will gain access to internationally recognized curricula, professional development opportunities, industry-leading learning resources, and globally valued certification pathways.
The partnership reflects StrategEast’s ongoing commitment to strengthening higher education ecosystems across Georgia by connecting universities with leading global technology companies and equipping the next generation of digital talent with in-demand skills.
