Belarus, Italy to consider setting up joint subpark at the Great Stone Industrial Park

An Italian-Belarusian subpark can be set up in the Great Stone industrial park in the future. This issue was on the agenda of a workshop dedicated to Belarus’ market opportunities in Rome on 15 January, BelTA learned from the website of the park.

The workshop was organized under the aegis of the Italian National Association of Builders (ANCE). The Great Stone was touted to Italian construction companies as the most ambitious and profitable business project.

Some B2B meetings with the Italian companies that are interested in cooperating with Belarusian business and investing in the Great Stone projects were held on the margins of the workshop. Among the participants were prominent industrial and engineering companies, bank and construction enterprises and business associations.

“We have reached an agreement to build up cooperation with the Association of Industrial Parks of Italy in part of developing a joint network of resident enterprises, attracting the companies based in Italian parks to Belarus and considering setting up an Italian-Belarusian subpark at Great Stone in the future,” the park noted.
