Bucharest pledges a financial support of one million euros for Chisinau until the end of this year. This statement was made by Mayor of sector 1 of Romania’s capital, Daniel Tudorache, at the conference “Centenary of Union and Bessarabia”. Tudorache urged each county administration to get involved and focus on investments, road repair, school construction and improvement of sewerage works in Moldova’s districts. The “Centenary of Union and Bessarabia” conference was organized by the Union Action Platform. On this occasion, the Alliance for the Centenary was launched, an action plan for next year in which approximately one hundred civic organizations from Romania, Moldova and the diaspora joined.
