Danish JUSK expands its operations in Ukraine

Jysk Ukraine LLC (Kyiv), developing the JYSK furniture and household goods store chain belonged to Jysk Group (Denmark), will open a new store in Khmelnytsky, expanding its chain in Ukraine to 46 stores. The company said in a press release that the store with an area of 1,043 square meters will be opened on December 6 and be located at 21, Kamianetska Street in the Lybid Plaza shopping and entertainment hotel complex. It will be the third store of the JYSK chain in Khmelnytsky and 46th in Ukraine.

“We are opening the third store in Khmelnytsky, which indicates a great demand for JYSK brand goods. The first two stores appeared in the premises of the Furshet store and the Woodmall shopping center. The new JYSK will operate in the 3.0 format in the city center,” Executive Director of JYSK in Ukraine Yevhen Ivanytsia said.

According to the report, the store will have furniture, mattresses, home textiles and decor. As reported, Jysk Ukraine LLC plans in 2018 to open up to 12 new outlets in the country.
