Today, Baku hosts business forum European Union -Azerbaijan.
At the business forum EU-Commissioner for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn stressed that the EU continues to support the diversification of the economy of Azerbaijan, which is an important trading partner of the EU.
“I believe Azerbaijan, developing the non-oil sector, has chosen the right path. We’ll support these efforts,” he said.
Mr. Hahn also underlined that the negotiations about the signing of the aviation agreement between the EU and Azerbaijan continue, and hopes that the agreement will be signed this year.
