Kyrgyzstan can soon provide hemodialysis services of world standard, Kyrgyz Minister of Health Talantbek Batyraliyev said on August 15. The Ministry of Health today signed an agreement with the international company from Germany Frensenius Medical Care on providing hemodialysis services.

According to Batyraliyev, the company will have to build or lease, provide the necessary competitive process in accordance with the law on public-private partnership. “The partnership assumes that we won’t now seek money for equipment. We signed this project and it will be soon implemented,” he noted. Within the framework of this project, new centers for hemodialysis will be created in the country with 88 units of modern Fresenius-5008 equipment.
