Polish company to build a loading terminal at Belarus Free Economic Zone Grodnoinvest

A Polish investor plans to build a loading terminal at the Bruzgi railway station, BelTA learned from Pavel Petrov, Director of OT Logistic Bel company. The company is planning to carry out its investment activity in the Free Economic Zone Grodnoinvest. The protocol was signed on the sidelines of the European-Belarusian investment forum in Luxembourg.

According to Pavel Petrov, investment in the project will make up around €15 million. “Construction of the terminal will increase transit traffic through Belarus. We are talking about container trains from China to the Atlantic Ocean as part of the Silk Road project,” he said. The design work is currently underway. Construction could be completed in 2019.
