Together with the growth of the number of IT companies in Eurasia, other elements that are traditional for the global IT ecosystem began to appear, such as venture funds, accelerators, and incubators. One of these relatively new institutions for the countries of Eurasia is the institution of business angels, individuals who invest their personal funds in IT projects at the initial stage of their development.
