The Energy Community to monitor infrastructure projects in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine

The Energy Community organization has launched PLIMA (Project Library and Interactive Map Application), an infrastructure transparency platform. It is designed to monitor the implementation of energy infrastructure projects in Energy Community countries including Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

The tool provides basic project data, technical data and financial information, while also tracking the projects’ overall progress. According to the Energy Community, the interactive map application provides up-to-date information on the geographic location of each project. The Energy Community is an international organization dealing with energy policy. It brings together the EU and countries from South-East Europe and the Black Sea region to extend the EU’s internal energy market on the basis of a legally binding framework.
